Lynn Shibley has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Currently, they are a Board Member at HRMA of Central MA, starting from January 2022. Prior to this, Lynn served as the VP, Director of HR & Training at UniBank for Savings, starting from January 2020. Lynn was responsible for leading the HR department and supporting the communities where the bank operates. From July 2016 to January 2020, Lynn worked as the HR Director at CRAFT Boston, a global production and adaptation network. Before that, they held various progressive management and HR positions at Staples from February 1998 to July 2016. Lynn's earliest work experience was at Office Max, where they served as an Assistant Store Manager from December 1996 to December 1997. Lynn also had previous positions at Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet from July 1994 to November 1996.

Lynn Shibley, PHR, SHRM- is an experienced professional with a strong educational background. Lynn began their academic journey at Westbrook College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandising and Retail in 1989. Building upon their foundational knowledge, Lynn went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Westbrook College from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their extensive education, Lynn has also obtained valuable certifications in the field of Human Resources. Lynn has achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Furthermore, they have obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
