Britta Mejer Kristensen

Britta Mejer Kristensen is a seasoned quality and environmental health and safety specialist with extensive experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a QEHS specialist at Unibio since October 2021, Britta facilitates HACCP studies and GMP+ certification while developing quality management systems. Prior to Unibio, Britta held multiple roles at Novo Nordisk from 2015 to 2021, focusing on QA documentation and compliance at the API manufacturing site. Experience at Mondelēz International involved supporting quality assurance across European chocolate factories, and a quality management role at Cadbury Europe included oversight of supply chain quality and supplier performance. An early career at A/S Arovit Petfood and Løven Petfood laid the groundwork in quality management and technical support. Britta holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Esbjerg Teknikum.
