Scott Carroll

Scott Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Scott began their career as a Business Owner at C&R Construction in 1991 and worked there until 2003. Following that, they worked as a Plant Foreman and Plastic Extrusion specialist at Sunbelt Plastics Corp from 2003 to 2005. Scott then joined ITW Downriver, where they held roles as Production Manager and Plant Manager from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they implemented various cost-saving measures, achieved reductions in cost of goods, and improved waste repurposing. From 2009 to 2012, Scott worked as a Plant Manager at ITW Down River, overseeing multiple plants and leading a sales team. Scott successfully reduced costs, increased throughput, and implemented a Cost of Quality program. In 2012, they joined ITW Angleboard/Signode as a Plant Manager and oversaw a plant relocation, achieving significant increases in profitability and customer satisfaction. Scott then moved to Angleboard - A Signode Brand as the Director of Operations & Innovations from 2014 to 2019, and during this time, they managed operations and spearheaded innovations. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Crown Holdings, Inc./Signode, responsible for leading operations. Most recently, Scott assumed the role of Director of Operations at Unibloc Hygienic Technologies in 2023.

Scott Carroll obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Middle Georgia State University in 2012.
