Matthew Cushen

Matthew Cushen is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional with extensive experience in venture capital and business innovation. As the Managing Partner at Worth Capital since January 2015, Matthew focuses on investing in and nurturing businesses that aim to develop beloved consumer and B2B brands. Concurrently, as the Founder of Uprising Limited, Matthew guides leadership teams in large organizations to foster innovation and unlock new growth opportunities. Matthew also contributes as a member of the Advisory Board at Agile Retail, providing insights on retail strategies, and serves as an Investor Director for multiple start-ups, including UniZest, ONEƎ, Bird Eyewear, VeeLoop, Bedfolk, and UNIBLOCK LTD, all aimed at supporting rapid growth in various sectors. Matthew holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Kingston University and has a diverse background in operational consulting and senior line management roles.
