Carol started their professional journey in 2011 through Unilever's Graduate Management Program, where they gained exposure to various areas including frontline sales, distributor management, key account sales, and channel marketing. Notably, they achieved growth in account sales and sub-distributors sales, implemented trade investment optimization projects, and increased product penetration in local markets.
Carol Lee completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from IESE Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism and Travel Services Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2007 to 2011. In 2008, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Oxford Brookes University. In addition to their formal education, Carol Lee has obtained certifications in "FROM IDEAS TO ACTION" from IDEO U in February 2022, and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U in December 2021.
