Eric Shapiro

Eric Shapiro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eric is currently the Head of Analytics at Unibuddy, where they began their position in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Newsela from 2020 to 2022, holding roles such as Senior Manager, Customer Operations, Manager, Customer Strategy & Analytics, and Strategy Analyst. Before joining Newsela, Eric worked at Goldman Sachs from 2017 to 2020, serving as a Financial Analyst in both Alternative Capital Markets and Private Wealth Management divisions. In 2014, they founded Top Tier Cigars and held the role of Founder until 2016. Additionally, Eric worked as a Financial Data Analyst at Panavision from May 2015 to August 2015.

Eric Shapiro attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business. Eric also holds certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
