Engineering and Technical

The Engineering and Technical team at Unic is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital solutions that align with user needs and technological advancements. The team consists of Senior Application Engineers, a Test Manager, an Expert Application Architect, and a Senior QA Engineer, who collaboratively ensure that all solutions are functional, scalable, and of high quality. They employ agile methodologies such as Holacracy to promote individual responsibility and decentralized decision-making, driving continuous improvement and innovation in their projects.
