Alli Truesdell

Senior Manager, Youth Programs at UNICEF Canada

Alli Truesdell has extensive experience in youth participation and advocacy, currently serving as Manager and Youth Participation Lead at UNICEF Canada since January 2017. Previously, Alli was a member of the Youth Participation Committee for the Canadian Coalition for the Rights of the Child from May 2017 to December 2019 and worked as an advisor at the Public Health Agency of Canada from July 2016 to June 2017. Additional roles include Project Manager for Youth Programs and Opportunities at The Students Commission of Canada from January 2014 to December 2016, advisor for the City of Kingston from November 2012 to June 2013, and Research Analyst at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police from November 2011 to May 2013. Alli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies with a focus on Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Royal Roads University and a diploma in Community and Justice Services from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
