Elana Western

Elana Western is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and fundraising. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at UNICEF USA since November 2013, Elana has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Managing Director for New England and Deputy Director. Prior to UNICEF USA, Elana worked as a Major Gifts Officer at the American Red Cross Serving King & Kitsap Counties from December 2011 to October 2013, as well as holding positions as Development Officer and Development Coordinator at the U.S. Fund for UNICEF from March 2007 to August 2011. Early career experience includes an internship at the Foundation for Sustainable Development and a role as Senior Allocation Analyst at TJX. Elana earned a BS in Marketing and History from Boston College in 2005.
