Adriana Leigh

Adriana Leigh is a seasoned expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion with extensive experience in organizational culture and prevention of sexual and gender-based harassment. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at ALG Consulting since February 2018, Adriana has led efforts to foster inclusive environments across various sectors. Current roles include serving on UNICEF's DEI Experts Roster, acting as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist for UNOPS, and providing services to the Canadian Centre of Expertise on Prevention of Sexual Exploitation & Abuse through Cooperation Canada. Adriana has contributed to Brainz Magazine as a Senior Executive Contributor and has been involved with World Pulse as a Changemaker Lab Trainer and Fellow. Previous positions include workplace learning consulting at Morneau Shepell, associate work at the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, and leadership roles at Homewood Health and Equitas-International Centre for Human Rights Education. Adriana's educational background includes a law degree from McGill University and a Master’s Certificate in Adult Training and Development from Schulich School of Business.
