Nassor Mohamed

Nassor Mohamed is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience in immunization programs and vaccine introduction strategies. Currently serving as an International Consultant at UNICEF since September 2025, Nassor previously held the role of Project Director for the CHOICES 2.0 Project at JSI, where responsibilities included enhancing decision-making capacity for vaccine introduction in Gavi eligible countries. Nassor's background includes significant positions at the World Health Organization, contributing to measles elimination strategies and vaccination planning. With prior roles at John Snow, Inc. and in various Tanzanian health organizations, Nassor has developed a wealth of expertise in immunization technical assistance, data analysis, and program implementation, supported by a Master's degree in Public Health from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences.
