Zoltán Vereczkei

Zoltán Vereczkei currently serves as a Quality Assurance Officer at UNICEF, focusing on Service Quality Management since August 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at the Hungarian Central Statistical Office from November 2008 to July 2023, where Zoltán held various leadership roles, including Director of Methodology, overseeing a team dedicated to methodological innovation and support. Zoltán managed key areas such as sampling, statistical modeling, and quality reporting, while also acting as a head of section and methodologist. Earlier experience includes a traineeship at the National Bank of Hungary in monetary statistics. Zoltán holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest and an Economist degree from Budapest Business University.
