Genel Pardo

Genel Pardo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2001, Genel started working at Unicity International as a Customer Service representative. They worked in this role until 2005. In the same year, Genel joined Provo College as an Executive Assistant and later transitioned to an Admissions Representative and then a Financial Aid Representative, working until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Genel took on the role of CEO while being a housewife and mom. In 2014, they worked as a Tax Preparer at Liberty Tax Service. In 2016, Genel joined Franklin Discovery Academy and served as a Lead Administrative Assistant until 2017. They then took on the role of Registrar/Office Manager until 2021. Genel's most recent position is as a Human Resources Coordinator at Unicity International, where they started in August 2021.

Genel Pardo has an associate's degree in Executive Office Administration from Provo College. Genel also obtained a Master Esthetician certification and a Cosmetology certification from Bon Losee. Currently, Genel is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Western Governors University, with an expected graduation year of 2021.
