Josh McNichols

Josh McNichols has work experience in various roles and companies.

In 2023, they served as a Senior Quality Engineer at Unicity International.

From 2016 to the present, they worked at Red Hat. There, they held the position of Human Resources Department Manager, where they managed a team of 10 senior recruiters responsible for recruitment, attrition management, and retention in a specified region. Josh successfully turned around the region's mission, elevating it to the top-ranked region in the state for a 24-month period.

Prior to Red Hat, from 2009 to 2013, they worked at the Center for the Advancement of Sustainable Energy (CASE). Josh held the role of Talent Acquisition Team Leader II from 2010 to 2013 and had a previous position as a Human Resources Assistant from 2009 to 2010.

Josh McNichols received their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Josh attended the university from 2006 to 2008.
