Jay Freibaum

Jay Freibaum is an experienced property manager with a strong background in real estate and a proven track record in various roles at Unico Properties LLC since May 2017, including Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Administrator. Prior to this, Jay served as Office Manager at TMT Development from June 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included budget maintenance, marketing strategy development, and team morale enhancement. Jay's early career includes an internship focused on data management and project organization at CASA for Children, along with a commitment to learning and growth within the real estate industry. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Business Administration from Portland State University and a high school diploma from Sunset High School.
