Linda Fletcher

As the General Counsel of Unico, Linda Fletcher is responsible for leading the legal department and advises the company on a wide range of legal and business challenges. With nearly two decades of corporate commercial experience, Linda is highly regarded for her expertise in technology law, intellectual property law and litigation.

Prior to joining Unico, Linda co-founded, built and subsequently sold Fletcher Clarendon Lawyers, a boutique law firm acting for some of the most pre-eminent medical specialists and medical groups in Australia.

Linda also Chairs Unico’s Executive Team, a role to which she brings her passion for strong leadership and helping Australian business lead the way in technology innovation.

Giving back to the community is a key focus for Linda and as a private practitioner she regularly assists individuals and not-for-profits with pro-bono legal services. In her free time Linda can be found stand up paddle boarding, reading the great philosophers and pondering the bigger questions of life.
