Vicky Sontakki

Vicky Sontakki has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Vicky most recently worked as a Recruiting Team Lead at Unicon Pharma Inc. Prior to that, they served as a Recruiting Manager at eTeam, where they managed a team of recruiters and handled the full life cycle recruitment process. Vicky also held the position of Senior Lead Recruiter at Pioneer Data Systems, Inc., where they specialized in recruiting Pharma candidates for contract and contract-to-hire placements. Vicky has also worked as an Executive Recruiter at Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) and as a Technical Recruiter at ObjectWin Technology. Additionally, they have experience as a Technical Recruiter at Aditi Consulting and as a Clinical Recruiter at LanceSoft, Inc. Vicky began their career as a Customer Service Officer (CSO) at Mphasis, where they provided customer service and support for State Bank of India.

Vicky Sontakki pursued their education chronologically, starting with their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Botany & Zoology from Karnataka University, Dharwad. Vicky attended this institution from 2009 to 2012. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Bangalore University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Vicky Sontakki obtained two certifications. In October 2021, they received the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Certification - EEOC from eTeam. Vicky also obtained the JobDiva Certified Recruiter - Expert Tool certification from the same institution in the same month and year.
