Alain Kovacs

Alain Kovacs has worked in the technology industry since 2016. Alain began their career as an Electronic Engineer Intern at Telemedic Group in 2016. Alain then worked as an Intern System Developer at Robotteknologi - Teknologisk Institut in 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Electronics Engineer/System Developer at FAST Consult, where they were responsible for sensor integration and developing new solutions. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Mobile Industrial Robots ApS and as a Customer Success Specialist at Unicontrol.

Alain Kovacs obtained an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Lillebaelt Academy of Applied Sciences between 2014 and 2016. Alain then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Product Development and Integrative Technology from Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt between 2016 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Alain Kovacs has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn and Lynda.com, including Excel Quick Tips, Six Sigma Foundations, Customer Service Using AI and Machine Learning, Customer Service: Knowledge Management, Learning Microsoft Dynamics for Customer Service, Building High-Performance Teams, Being an Effective Team Member, Leading and Working in Teams, Motivating and Engaging Employees, Linux Foundation Cert Prep: Remote Access (Ubuntu), Learning SSH, Learning Ubuntu Desktop Linux, Linux Foundation Cert Prep: Essential Commands (Ubuntu), Learning C++, Learning OneDrive, Office 365 New Features, Web Programming Foundations, Learning C#, and Programming Foundations: Object-Oriented Design.
