Zbigniew Niemczyk

Zbigniew Niemczyk has worked in the software development industry for over a decade. Zbigniew began their career in 2007 as a Student Programmer at Mikrofyn A/S. In 2008, they joined Hexagon Geosystems, Machine Control Division as a Software Engineer. In 2013, they moved to Leica Geosystems part of Hexagon, where they held the roles of Chief Architect, Software Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead. In 2017, they co-founded FAST Consult, a small software development startup based in Odense, South Denmark and Gliwice, Poland. In 2018, they became the CTO and Co-Founder of Unicontrol.

Zbigniew Niemczyk studied Computer Science at The Silesian University of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Master degree. Zbigniew then studied Computer Science at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 2007 to 2008. In October 2014, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
