Yasmine Benmaiza

Yasmine Benmaiza's work experience begins in 2014 as a Digital Project Manager at Haploid, where they implemented a new onboarding process and facilitated various Scrum-related meetings. In 2014, they also joined Isobar as the Head of Mobile User Experience, where they built a UX design team and transitioned them to Agile methodologies. Yasmine then became an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Société Générale in 2017, overseeing the company's shift to Agile methodologies and facilitating Agile rituals for 15 Scrum teams. In 2019, Yasmine co-founded Frenchy Digital, serving as the Co-Founder and Product Manager. Yasmine managed a team of 25 members, led product development for 45 e-commerce experiences, and implemented business flow improvement strategies. In 2021, Yasmine joined DRINKS as a Senior Product Manager, where they created product strategies and worked with customers to define requirements. Currently, they are a Product Manager at UniCourt, responsible for the B2C web and mobile applications. Their role involves understanding market requirements and customer feedback and owning the entire product lifecycle. Yasmine Benmaiza's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Pierre and Marie Curie University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Yasmine attended the university until 2013, completing their undergraduate studies.

Following their bachelor's degree, Yasmine enrolled at EEMI (Ecole Européenne des métiers de l'Internet) in 2013. Yasmine pursued a Diploma in Internet Professions with a specialization in web development. Yasmine completed their studies at EEMI in 2014.

In 2014, Yasmine joined L'École multimédia to pursue a Master's degree in Mobile Apps Design & Development. Yasmine attended the institution for one year, completing their studies in 2015.

Continuing their educational journey, Yasmine joined ESSEC Business School in 2015. Yasmine pursued a Master's degree in Strategy & Management of International Business. Their studies at ESSEC Business School lasted until 2016.

In the same year, Yasmine also attended Xebia training to become a Certified Scrum Master, specializing in AGILE methodologies.
