Biljana Ninic-Kis has a diverse work experience in project management and real estate. Biljana has been the Head of the Real Estate unit at UniCredit Bank Serbia since May 2021, where they manage strategic and operational projects related to facilities management and real estate. Biljana is responsible for managing adaptation and reconstruction projects, establishing a new working concept, and coordinating Capex/Opex activities.

Prior to their current role, Biljana worked as the Coordinator for Project Management at UniCredit Bank Serbia from January to April 2021. Biljana also served as the Senior Project Portfolio Expert from January 2018 to December 2020 and as a Senior Professional associate for Project Management from October 2015 to December 2017 at the same organization.

Before joining UniCredit Bank Serbia, Biljana worked at Raiffeisen Bank as a Senior Project Manager from March 2008 to October 2015. Biljana also has experience as a Project Manager at Centar za upravljanje projektima from August 2004 to March 2008 and as the Shift Manager for Production at Galenika A.D. from November 2002 to March 2003.

Biljana Ninic-Kis completed their education in two stages. Biljana first attended the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy at the University of Belgrade from 1995 to 2001, majoring in Technology. Later, in 2003 and 2004, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management Industriel, Projet et Supply Chain at CentraleSupélec. Alongside their education, they obtained two certifications: the CAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management from PMI - Project Management Institute in November 2007, and the PMP - Project Management Professional from the same institution in May 2008.
