Iulia Racovita

Iulia Racovita, FCCA has a strong background in risk management and internal auditing. Iulia began their career at UniCredit Tiriac Bank in 2008, where they worked in the Internal Audit department, specializing in reporting and methodology. After three years, they advanced to the position of Senior Internal Auditor before moving on to UniCredit Bank Austria AG in 2013. At UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Iulia served in multiple roles, including Audit Risk Management and Audit Methodologies & Quality Assurance. Iulia then returned to UniCredit Tiriac Bank in 2012, where they resumed their role in Internal Audit, focusing on reporting and methodology. In 2017, they joined UniCredit Bank Romania and became the Head of Risk Management, ICT & Business Processes Audit. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Risk Management Audit at UniCredit Bank Romania.

Iulia Racovita, FCCA has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Banks from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Iulia also holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from the same institution, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Iulia has obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in October 2023 and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2015.
