Oana Preda

Oana Preda has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources field. Oana started their career at SC Johnson Wax in 1998 as a Financial Analyst and HR Coordinator, where they worked until 2007. Following that, they joined InBev as a Reward, TSC & People PPM Manager in Romania, working there until 2008. In 2008, they joined UniCredit Bank Romania, initially as an HR Business Partner for Corporate Centers, and later moved on to become an HR Business Partner for Corporate, Investment Banking & Private Banking. Oana then served as the Head of HR Competence Centers from 2014 to 2016, followed by the role of Head of Customer Experience & Complaints Management until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People and Culture at UniCredit Bank Romania.

Oana Preda completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1994 to 1998. In 2004, they enrolled in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants to study Finance, with no specified end year.
