Andreas Pauli has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In the former role, their main focus was on deals where UniCredit had a structuring or leading role, as well as coverage of critical transactions and restructurings. In the latter role, Andreas managed the global unit Portfolio & Pricing Management, Leveraged Finance and served as a voting member for the Investment Committee of the asset class sponsor-driven leveraged finance.

Andreas Pauli obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics / Business Administration with a main focus on Financing, Accounting & Controlling from the University of St.Gallen in the years 1995 to 2000. Finally, they completed a vocational school program at the Walter-Eucken-Berufsschule Freiburg from 1993 to 1995, specializing in bank apprenticeship as a Bankkaufmann / Finanzassistent.
