Luisa Illiceto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Luisa began their career in 2004 at Linea Banche Popolari, where they worked in recupero crediti for a brief period. Luisa then moved on to EuropAssistance, where they worked in sales support for two years. In 2006, Luisa joined UniCredit Banca and held multiple roles, including Account Marketing Insurance and Direzione Marketing - Clienti Piccole Imprese. Luisa then transitioned to UniCredit S.p.A. in 2011, where they held positions such as Head of Financing & Bancassurance Product Management and eventually became Vice President at Products Management & Partnership - Corporate Marketing. Their responsibilities included team management, financial product development, partnership management, insurance product development, loan catalogue management, pricing analysis, and commercial network support and training.

Luisa Illiceto has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Bari, which they obtained between the years 1998 and 2004. In 2007, they attended SDA Bocconi for a course on Train the Trainers. Later, in 2015, they pursued a course on Rating and Credit Risk Management at SDA Bocconi. Additionally, they have completed additional coursework, among other subjects.
