Nicolò Barzan has a diverse work experience in the financial and consulting industries. Nicolò is currently the Group Innovation & FinTech Lab Lead at UniCredit, where they are responsible for defining and communicating the Venture Building strategy and creating the digital product development blueprint. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Product Portfolio Manager at UniCredit, steering the digital product portfolio strategy for the Group.
Before joining UniCredit, Nicolò worked as a Consultant at Gartner, focusing on IT and Digital Strategy for the Financial Services industry. Additionally, they worked as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at EY and as a Research Consultant at Gartner.
Nicolò began their career as an Intern Student at Basement Club.
Nicolò Barzan received a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia in 2015. In 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Management, specializing in Business & Administration at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, which they completed in 2018. Continuing their education, Nicolò enrolled in the MasterZ program offered by AIO Blockchain Lab in 2021, focusing on Blockchain & Digital Assets. The program is expected to conclude in 2022.
