Andrea Vintani

Andrea Vintani is currently the Group People & Culture Officer (Ad interim until May 2022) at UniCredit. Prior to this, they were with Value Partners from February 2004 to May 2007 as an Associate, where they were responsible for strategic consulting, including business plan development, sales strategy development, new business start ups and internal organizational setup. Andrea has specific financial institutions experience in both banking and insurance. From July 2002 to August 2002, they interned at Bear Stearns & Co. in equity sales.

Andrea Vintani has an executive education from Harvard Business School in the HR-Executive Suite Connection. Andrea also has an executive education from UniCredit Svp leadership program from INSEAD. In addition, they have a high school degree from Liceo Scientifico Statale - Gallarate (Va) in macroeconomics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

They work with Roberta Marracino - Head of Group ESG Strategy & Impact Banking, Carlo Vivaldi - Co-Chief Operating Officer, and Finja Carolin Kütz - Group Chief Transformation Officer & Deputy COO. Andrea Vintani reports to Andrea Orcel, CEO.
