Mariella Pierini

Mariella Pierini has extensive experience in human resources and leadership, primarily at UniCredit since October 2013, where current roles include Head of People & Culture Strategic Partner for Region Centro Nord and Head of HR for Private Banking. Previous positions at UniCredit also encompassed Senior HR roles in Lombardia and Centro Nord, as well as HR Business Partner roles. Prior to UniCredit, Mariella served as Direttore di filiale and Coordinator for Private Retail and Private Banking for UNICREDIT BANCA DI ROMA SPA between December 2007 and November 2009, and worked at BIPOP CARIRE as a Product Manager in the Personal Banking sector from May 2004 to November 2007.
