Oleksii Laushkin

Oleksii Laushkin is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Since May 2017, Oleksii has held the position of Head of People Operations at Unicsoft, previously serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Specialist. Prior to this role, Oleksii worked as an HR Specialist focusing on Learning & Development at DHL from December 2015 to April 2017. Additional experience includes a tenure as an Associate Professor in the Labour Economics and Personnel Management Department at Donetsk National University from December 2014 to March 2017 and as an HR Generalist at a retail chain of medical equipment stores. Oleksii holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Labor and Industrial Relations from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University and a Master's degree in International Economics from Donetsk National University.
