Stefano Caponi is responsible for managing non-FTTH projects at UNIDATA. Stefano also teaches Project Management at LUISS Business School and serves as a Docente Master Executive at ISTUM. Stefano has experience in program and change management roles at various organizations including Eagleprojects S.r.l., Italtel, and Ericsson. Their expertise also includes quality and configuration management, as well as leading global delivery teams and project deployment.
