Miles Scott, CDM, CFPP, is a seasoned Director of Dining Services at Unidine with 14 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Specializing in enhancing the dining experiences of residents in senior living communities, Miles focuses on client relations, financial performance, and team development while prioritizing resident satisfaction. Having previously served as a General Manager at Sodexo, where they managed a dining department with a $2 million budget and a staff of 80, Miles also held the role of Culinary Manager at Red Lobster, overseeing a flagship kitchen that generated $16 million in annual food sales.
