Siobhan O’neil

Siobhan O'Neil is a Project Head at UNIDIR and has extensive experience in research, intelligence analysis, and project management related to armed conflict, child trajectories, DDR, and counterinsurgency. With a Ph.D. in Political Science, Siobhan has worked with various organizations such as the United Nations University, RAND Corporation, and Congressional Research Service. Siobhan has a background in national security studies and international relations, further complemented by teaching experience at UCLA.
