Bev Sylvester

Ms. Sylvester is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Unifi, a position she has held since 2022. In this capacity Ms. Sylvester oversees Unifi’s marketing function where she focuses on positioning Unifi as a leading ESG company as well as securing REPREVE®’s position as the sustainable fiber of choice globally.

Prior to joining Unifi, Ms. Sylvester held various marketing and strategy leadership roles in the apparel industry with various companies, including: VF Corporation, Delta Galil, Maidenform, Renfro and SodaStream. She oversaw marketing for multiple licensed brands, including: Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Lucky Brand and has worked with leading retailers globally. In addition, Ms. Sylvester previously ran a successful consulting practice with clients that included Happy Socks and Hanky Panky, among others.

Ms. Sylvester received her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and her Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
