Claude Wells

Claude Wells, III is an experienced professional actively involved in various community and governance roles in Utah. Currently serving as a member of the Point of the Mountain Advisory Committee with the Utah Land Authority since September 2023, Claude has also held multiple positions, including Board Trustee for the South Valley Sewer District and City Council Member for Riverton, Utah, since November 2019. With a commitment to public service, Claude is involved in several boards, including those of the Unified Fire Authority and the Redevelopment Agency. In addition to these roles, Claude is the Managing Partner and President of C S Wells Investments, Corporation, focusing on real estate investment and property management. Claude's educational background includes a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah and a Business Management degree from the same institution, supplemented by studies at Westminster University and Salt Lake Community College.
