HS Thein, also known as Irene, is an accomplished professional in network economics and cost modeling, currently serving as the Head of Network Economics & Cost Modeling in the COO domain and Network Strategy & Technology at Unified National Networks since May 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Manager in Group Finance at DST from August 2018 to May 2020, and a Junior Legal Secretary in Banking & Conveyancing at Abrahams, Davidson & Co. from October 2011 to December 2013.
