Unified Vailsburg Services Organization's mission is to create a stable and compassionate community in the Vailsburg neighborhood of the City of Newark, New Jersey. Founded in 1972 by a progressive group of civic leaders, clergy, and concerned residents, UVSO has always been committed to improving the lives of all residents in the Vailsburg area.
