Anca Madroane

Anca Madroane is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in project management and quality assurance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Unifiedpost Group since May 2022, Anca specializes in compiling functional specifications, defining user stories, and maintaining internal documentation. Previously, Anca held the position of Project Manager at BusyMachines, managing client requirements and facilitating communications between customers and internal teams. Anca's career began at ACI Worldwide and Continental Automotive Romania as a QA Engineer, where responsibilities included creating and executing test plans and managing defects. Anca holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Electronics and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara.
