Thomas Clea

Thomas Clea is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at UniFirst Corporation since July 2024, Thomas previously held roles at Steward Health Care as a Senior HR Regional Recruiter and HR Regional Recruiter for the Northeast since July 2021. Prior to that, Thomas worked at Aveanna Healthcare from July 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included Area Recruitment Manager and Regional Recruiter for CT/MA/NJ, along with a position as Client Service Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a Technical Recruiter role at TEKsystems from May 2016 to May 2018 and an internship at Capital Region Insurance Agency. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 2011 and 2016, and graduated from Steelton-Highspire High School from 2008 to 2011.
