Aakriti Bhargava

Aakriti Bhargava is an experienced training manager with a strong background in hospitality management. Currently serving as a Training Manager at Unifocus since August 2022, Aakriti specializes in internal and external product training. Previously, Aakriti held various roles at Marriott International from February 2018 to August 2022, progressing from Assistant Manager Training to Multi-Property Training Manager. Aakriti also gained valuable experience at The Indian Hotels Company Limited, where roles included Duty Manager and Housekeeping Manager, as well as participation in the Taj Management Training Program. Aakriti's foundational training in hospitality began with vocational and industrial training at The Oberoi, New Delhi, and is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Delhi.
