Alain Derderian

Alain Derderian has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, spanning from 2005 to the present. Alain currently serves as the Director of Operations at Unifocus, a role they started in May 2023. Prior to this, Alain worked as an Innovation Analyst at HotelTechReport.com starting in March 2023. Before joining Unifocus, they were the Principal Technologist at Atelier Hospitality, where they provided expert advice and support to hotels for the optimization of their technology solutions. Alain held this position from May 2022.

From 2020 to 2022, Alain worked as the General Manager at Pod Hotels, where they led all departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Alain implemented various initiatives such as a staff collaboration tool and a guest feedback survey.
