Rachit Chib

Rachit Chib has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rachit began their career at Taj Falaknuma Palace as a Bar Staff member in 2012, followed by a role as Bar Staff at JW Marriott in 2013. In 2015, Rachit worked as Wait Staff at Baduzzi.

In 2016, they joined Knowcross as a Support Associate, where they gained in-depth knowledge of the company's products and focused on training and learning the Sales force platform. Rachit also assisted clients with technology, payments, and enrollment/cancellation issues. In 2018, Rachit took on the role of Global Sales Coordinator at Knowcross, where they contributed to CRM administration, data management, and the development and implementation of sales processes.

Most recently, Rachit joined UniFocus in 2021 as an Assistant Manager of Sales Operations. In this role, they collaborate with operations teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations, resulting in increased revenue. Rachit also developed and executed pre-sales strategies that generated a significant increase in sales pipeline. Rachit Chib pursued a Graduate Diploma in International Tourism Management at Auckland University of Technology from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they completed a BSc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration with a specialization in Food & Beverages at the Institute of Hotel Management. Additionally, during this time, they also obtained a Diploma in Tourism Studies.
