Iyad Fararjeh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Iyad began their career in 2010 working as a Web Application Developer until 2014. In 2015, they joined Electronic Health Solutions as a Service Management Analyst, where they served as the main point of contact for user-reported problems and provided technical support. In 2018, they joined Unifonic Inc as a Client Support Specialist, handling complaints and requests for VIP clients and managing tasks and team organization. Iyad later progressed to the role of Senior Client Support Specialist, where they responded to client inquiries, provided training, and executed day-to-day operations. Currently, at Unifonic Inc, they hold the position of Support Team Lead, leading and coaching a team of Customer Support Agents, conducting performance appraisals, and managing reward and recognition programs.

Iyad Fararjeh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Al-Balqa Applied University in the years 2010-2014. Iyad has also obtained certifications in "How to Manage Feeling Overwhelmed," "How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority," "Nano Tips for Peak Performance with Shadé Zahrai," and "ITIL Foundation Level" from LinkedIn and PeopleCert in 2024 and 2021 respectively.
