Tarek Wali is an accomplished HR and operations professional with extensive experience in people management, operational efficiency, and strategic HR initiatives. Currently serving as People Lead at Unifonic since February 2020, Tarek has successfully driven employee engagement and compliance while overseeing various HR functions. Previously, Tarek held roles including HR Operations Lead and Administrative Executive at Unifonic, and HR and Admin Manager at Bird Life Group-UAE, where Tarek focused on process optimization and stakeholder engagement. Tarek’s background also encompasses significant contributions as Branch Manager and Public Relations Officer at the Arabic Academy Middle East, showcasing expertise in public relations and strategic communications. Tarek holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Aleppo and recently completed CIPD training in Dubai.
