Marcelo Lewin

Marcelo Lewin is the head of learning at Uniform. Marcelo was previously the senior content solutions architect at ServiceTitan from February 2017 to March 2022. In their role at ServiceTitan, they worked with stakeholders across the enterprise on creating structure around highly unstructured content. Marcelo also helped create complex content models that supported the development of projects and architected scalable technical solutions to support omni-channel delivery, including the integration of Contentful with the ServiceTitan app and SalesForce. Marcelo also has experience with maintaining an Enterprise Content Model, encouraging standards and uniformity across the organization, and evangelizing structured content, Contentful (our company CMS) and omni-channel delivery via presentations, webinars, meetings, etc.
