Jetty Sapinoso

Jetty Sapinoso has over twelve years of experience in the field. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Sales and Service Coordinator at Discount Tire. In 2013, they began working as a Registered Dental Assistant at Keith C. Henderson DDS. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Clinical Lead at Madderra Dentistry of San Francisco. Most recently, they have been working as a Continuous Improvement Lead, Treatment Plan Lead & Interim Treatment Plan Manager, and Orthodontic Treatment Planner at Impress (Uniform Teeth). In these roles, they have developed processes, solutions, and protocols; facilitated and expedited rush cases; launched pilots and managed special project operations; managed the US region of orthodontic treatment planners; improved processes and updated protocols for scalability; overseen logs and spreadsheets regarding treatment plan performance, case management, and data; provided high quality treatment plans from basic to complex hybrid cases; consulted with doctor teams regarding approach and maintaining protocols; and been proficient with Ortho analyzer and internal tools.

Jetty Sapinoso obtained an Associate's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from San Diego Mesa College between 2011 and 2014. During this time, Jetty also completed a Certificate Program in Dental Assisting/Assistant from Pima Medical Institute-Chula Vista. Jetty is also CPR/AED certified through Frontline Health First Aid CPR AED Training and is a Registered Dental Assistant.
