Heather Bridges

Heather Bridges is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as Solutions Managing Director at Unify Consulting since July 2023, Heather previously held the position of CEO and Principal at Lotus Consulting for a decade. Additional experience includes roles as Managing Director at Loft9 Consulting and Slalom Consulting, as well as managerial positions at Razorfish and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Heather began a career at Nike, Inc. as Assistant to the Chairman. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Finance from Portland State University and participation in the Women Board Directors Development Program at the UW Foster School of Business.
