Jim Walch

Jim Walch is the New Entrants Advisor at Unify Consulting. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft for over 20 years in various management positions. Jim started as a Development Manager in 1995 and worked their way up to Senior Director of Development, Product Unit Manager, General Manager, and Principal Software Engineering Manager. In 2015, they transitioned to Principal Group Manager. Jim has also worked as an Advisory Systems Engineer at IBM Global Services and Senior Programmer/Analyst at Experian.

Jim Walch has a MBA from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in Info Systems and a BA from San Diego State University in Public Administration and Finance.

Jim Walch reports to Darren Alger, President & Chief Executive Officer. They work with Margo Fraker - Chief Strategist, Sheela Illuri - Practice Director - Life Sciences, and Carrie Shelton - VP of Business Development.
