Kenneth Ratzlaff

Kenneth Ratzlaff currently serves as Vice President at the PEACE Project Foundation since September 2023 and holds the role of Salesforce Practice Manager at Unify Consulting since September 2018. In this position, Kenneth has successfully completed multiple projects across ten teams, leveraging a solution-focused approach to mentor teams, conduct architecture and code reviews, and scope projects. Prior experience includes serving as Technology Lead - Salesforce at Infosys Limited, where Kenneth provided technical guidance and improved efficiency in system design, and as Sr. Developer/Architect at Simplus, where leadership of offshore development teams was key. Earlier roles include Sr. Integration Consultant/Architect in a private company, overseeing development teams and facilitating analysis and design sessions.
