Hugo Silva

Hugo Silva, CPA, currently serves as the VP and Controller at UNIFY Financial Credit Union since February 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Finance at UTi Worldwide, where responsibilities involved supporting the Corporate Controller with financial close processes and audits, and as SVP and Chief Financial Officer at Altura Credit Union, overseeing finance and accounting functions. Hugo also held the position of VP and Controller at BBVA Compass, managing accounting and financial planning, and worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Nestlé, focusing on operational audits. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from California State University-San Bernardino.
