Shamreen Iram

Shamreen Iram, Ph.D., serves as the Director of AI Engineering at UnifyCX, having previously held the roles of Associate Director of AI Engineering and Lead AI Scientist within the same company since March 2023. Prior to this, Shamreen Iram worked at SliceX AI as an ML Data Scientist focused on NLP from April 2022 to February 2023. An academic background includes postdoctoral positions at Stanford University and the UC Davis Center for Neuroscience in Computational Neuroscience from April 2021 to March 2022. Earlier, Shamreen Iram was a Graduate Researcher at Case Western Reserve University from 2015 to 2020, specializing in Statistical Physics and Machine Learning, and also held research roles at the Indian Statistical Institute and Harish-Chandra Research Institute. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physics from Case Western Reserve University, an MS in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a BS in Physics from the University of Calcutta.
